Mediation

Through the process of mediation, conflicting parties craft a mutually acceptable agreement to eliminate, reduce, or avoid future disputes.  Instead of spending months, or even years, trapped in litigation or an adversarial relationship, participants are frequently able to save valuable time and money, develop a healthier and more constructive relationship with one another, and conserve their energy to build a better future.

Through voluntary participation in mediation, clients work in a confidential relationship with a dedicated and caring mediator to resolve a wide variety of disputes.  The path to a mutually acceptable agreement enables participants to tailor the outcome to their own needs and circumstances.   As a result, most parties share a deeper commitment to respecting and upholding the terms of the agreement than if they had been imposed by an unrelated third party.
