At The Columbia County Law Offices of Heidi T. Cochrane, we do not believe there is a one-size fits all answer to representing our clients.  Depending on the individual client and circumstance, our legal services are custom-tailored to bring the law to your corner as effectively as possible. 

Some disputes may be resolved through mediation or other form of alternative dispute resolution.  In these situations, both parties may benefit from a process that both de-escalates the matter and results in a cost-effective solution that enables all involved to conduct their negotiations with dignity and be invested in the success of the outcome.  Often, this results in a longer and more thorough commitment of both parties to the agreement they have reached.
