• 15% discount off our normal hourly rates for additional time spent beyond the hourly commitment selected.

Prepaid Discounted Legal Services for Medium and Large Businesses in New York

꩘ Month-to-Month In-House Counsel:  offered to 6 to 8-figure businesses in New York at 

$10,000/month.  

Includes unlimited scheduled client telephone conferences and up to 60 hours monthly of:

• document review
• contract creation, negotiations, and ongoing deal management
• legal compliance and business operations review
• labor and employee relations matters
• strategy sessions
• 20% discount off our normal hourly rates for additional time spent beyond the hourly commitment selected. 
• 15% discount off our normal hourly rates for legal representation of employees during the term of the business subscription. 

꩘ Customized Month-to-Month In-House Counsel:  offered to 6 to 8-figure businesses in New York at $15,000/month.  

Includes all of the services of the $10,000/month subscription, plus additional legal services as further agreed upon.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Additional legal services for matters not included in the subscription may be added at any time by our New York business clients.  Additional fees will be billed via a separate invoice. At any point during the engagement, you can upgrade your monthly legal services subscription if you would like to permanently increase your included services or discounted monthly hours.
